Sleeping issues
Hi Doctor,
I was not able to sleep whole night for 3 nights, then I had consulted general physician and he advised to take Anxit0.5 mg for 10 days. I have started taking it, however in day 1 I got sleep for around 6 hours and later day 2 i again didn't get sleep whole night. I m quite worried of this issue. Also, when I called the doctor to check again on this, he said to continue for next 10 days for good result Along with that he prescribed meloset 3mg. Please help me here if this is fine to take both together in night.
At times there are underlying issues that bother us and affect us.
Seek counseling from a trained counselling Psychologist alongwith medication. That would help u immensely.apart from that develop a good sleep hygiene.
