I am not been able to sleep even for a second d in past 2 nights. I was taking dubinor and inderal 10mg for 20 days for neck pain. My sleep is lost. What to do and how to cure? Is it normal? Thanks

If your pain is reduced you can stop the medicine for two days and check, .avoid taking too much of tensions and stress, drink plenty of fluids.. relax think positive, you will get sleep
