Sleeping Illness

I am a student but these days I am totally inactive towards every work . I usually sleep whole and night continuesly. I feel like I am intoxicated by this sleep. Please help this.

You need to start exercise or walk for 30 mins in the morning and evening daily. Inactivity causes sluggishness leading to feeling sleepy all day. Meditation and yoga can work too.
