I feel sleepy all the time , whenever i wakeup , my head hurts really bad , my eyes pains alot and my sleep is never enough for me ...and i daily suffer from fever ...just for little info i have cysts in my thyroid gland ..i am taking homeopathy for that secondlly i feel that i have no energy in me i feel dizziness in me ..and i don't know how this started happen to me befor some time i was so healthy never had any health issue :(
