I am getting sleepy I. Day time
I have day time laziness.e early in the morning I loss sleep.and wakeup fresh.by 10 am I feel sleepy

Hello practo user I can understand the issue that you are currently facing in your life. Inability to wake up fresh and have laziness early morning is indicative of some underlying personal stress in your life . To improve your sleep try to relax before going to bed : Have a warm bath, listen to quiet music or do some gentle yoga to relax the mind .Turn Your Bedroom into a Sleep-Inducing Environment : Your bedroom should be a peaceful place for rest and sleep. Temperature, lighting and noise should be controlled so that your bedroom environment helps you to fall asleep. You should also try and not work on your bed and limit the time on your phone once you try to sleep . It would be beneficial if you consult a clinical psychologist for better management of symptoms through regular counseling session. Exact guidance can be given only after knowing for how long you have been experiencing this problem and your routine as well as nature of work and general health condition. You may become more systematic and follow a schedule for getting up, work, food, sleep etc. Abstain from TV, computer, mobile screens before going to bed. Avoid all distractions from bedroom and use the place only for sleep. Don't sleep during day time.
