After wakeup not feel refreshing tried
Dear sir                                                                 After wake up feeling sleepy, tiredness, low energy and little hedache. i have sleep 8 hours. After 8 hours sleep i am not feeling resting. I am not over weight. I have little snore. I  take  good food. After doing small work feeling tired.  This problem from 10 years onwords. Last time I visited hospital they done tests Blood test,CBP, HG,  thyroid test, sugar test everything is normal. They given some multivitamin tables , B12,Calcium tables. I used 2 months but nothing effect on me. I consulted so many doctors they given prescriptions but till now not solved Due to this problem my professional life effected and unable to concentrate kindly give solution

Hello Mr., I read out your symptoms and i can empathise with whatever struggles you are going through. I would like to know more information about your complaints, as you mentioned about feeling low for the past ?10 years. Has it been the same continuously or there have periods where you felt better with your complaints ? As mentioned, if you had done the routine investigations and everything was normal, the chances are that you might be suffering with clinical depression and need further evaluation from a Psychiatrist/ Clinical psychologist to evaluate further. And if it's confirmed there is help for your struggles and you don't have to face it all by yourself. If it's mild to moderate, psychotherapy ( counselling) can be given to allievate the symptoms and if it's severe you need the support of medications. Hope this helps. Please take care
