Sleeping disorder more with dreams

Every sleep is tough and having so much of dreams causing mother to awake at nights.. she unable to sleep properly..feeling very tired over the days on the day time quickly..she is struggling with proper sleep hours.. please advise..

Stop worrying . Take healthy well balanced diet and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Do regular physical exercises. Don't sleep in the day time. Take a glass of hot milk before going to bed.
