Sleep disturbance can occur in a lot of conditions like stress,anxiety or depression. Set aside time during the day for exercise and meditation. Refrain from drinking caffeine, tea or alcohol
make sure your room is comfortable.. Limit the exposure to screen before bed..please see a psychiatrist for further help if your symptoms persists.
