Suffering from Sleep problems since past 6 months Not able to get sleep till 1Am daily Sleep is disturbed and dreams

Is there any stress going on ? Take to make a sleep wake schedule Also no matter what time u sleep Get up at one specified time daily so the next day you sleep a little early and so on If there is stress overthinking etc consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counselling online or in person All the best

What time do you wake up? You could try waking early- which will lead to a sleep deficit and the next day you'll sleep early. Or a short term sleep pill could be started and later once sleep becomes normal, it can be stopped. Please consult a psychiatrist online or in person.
