Sir, I try to sleep at night but unable to sleep?? How to develop a good time table?? I try hard to sleep but unable to sleep. What to do?? Please help me sir. I want to be punctual.

Try exhausting yourself both physically and mentally during the day. Go out in the sun if possible, take small walks in fresh air, avoid stress (difficult in these times though), avoid caffeine after 5 PM ( as it stays for 5 hours in the blood). It’ll take 3-5 days to develop these habits but after that it’ll be easy for you to maintain them.
