Hello sir/mam,myself Subash age 30yrs ...My problem is suddenly from past 10days I'm not able to sleep at night but I can sleep in morning hours from 6 to 2pm ...I'm not getting what's the problem suddenly occured ...pls help me out to come out of this situation n help to sleep in the night hours...

Hello Subash sir Hope you are doing good The problem is very common among youngsters This is known as altered sleep wake cycle You just need to make some behavioural modifications

1. Tire yourself during day 2. Put up alarm at a time 3 hours before your normal awake time and force yourself to wake up 3. Sleep 2-3 hours before your normal time and force. Sleep by reading something or tiring ur brain out
