You just need to make some behavioural modifications
Next Steps
1. Tire yourself during day
2. Put up alarm at a time 3 hours before your normal awake time and force yourself to wake up
3. Sleep 2-3 hours before your normal time and force. Sleep by reading something or tiring ur brain out
