Hi. If there is too much stress or pressure in the mind , you may not sleep well.also there are others reasons too. Trying going for a walk before sleep or practice yoga daily at home. If u find yoga difficult u can do meditation for 15 mins daily . You will get good sleep. If it still doesn't happen you will have to meet a psychologist and get the guidance on what are you lacking and how to get good sleep. They will also help you on mind control where you think too much..
