How much hours should 2.10 yrs kid should sleep in afternoon and in night ???Plz suggest some medicine to increase the immunity of kid..my daughter's weight is 13.4kgs

Hi, Just an 1hr during day and Sound sleep for 8hrs during night time is enough. Her weight 13.4kg is normal according to her age. A good diet and good sleep can boost up her immunity. Add fruits and dry fruits to her diet.
