I feel asleep in 11 o clock but i wake up at 5 o clock automatically , i do no why ? what are factor cause this . how to overcome from This. does more intake of coffe , green tea cause this ?? or stress or intermetting fasting ??or other factor ?

It is called normal circadian rhythm or biological clock and that’s how your body has been set. Put in some physical exercise in your daily routine it well physically stress you out and might increase your sleeping hours.
