Sleep disorder

I have suffering from sleep disorder last 6 to 7 days . Kindly suggest what can I do. This problem is repeated after 5 to 6 month.

Avoid electronic devices and mobile phone especially at night before 2 hrs of sleeping. Do regular exercises and meditation. Eat more veggies in diet and fresh fruits. Avoid fatty foods n coffee Do relaxation exercises like deep breathing before sleeping. Sos painkillers
