For last few days I am not able to sleep for more than 3to 5 hrs. Because of which I have developed habit of over thinking. An also it is increasing my acidity level to. I feel sleepy but when I go to bed I am not able to sleep.
It seems to be on anxiety spectrum.. Overthinking can lead to stress.. Stress can lead to acidity and sleep issues
