Hello. Sleep apnea, apart from difficulty in breathing during sleep, is also characterized by easy fatigability, day time sleepiness, and difficulty in concentration, etc. As there are many other reasons for sudden awakening during night time, It would be helpful to know your complete history and complaints to come to an accurate diagnosis.
Next Steps
Please consult a pulmonologist online. Keep any previous reports on hand.
