Sleep Apnea Due to allergic rhinitis

Not able to sleep properly, sleepy eyes during day time..Not able to concentrate on work. After consultation with a physician a month before, taking Montelukast tablet daily at evening time(Even some days its not working for me). He prescribed sleep study but not able to do right now bcoz of covid situations outside. Need a better sleep for atleast a month untill i done with my sleep study test.
