Hi, I have been having this since last one year. Attached photo. What should be done to clear this. I don't have diabetes. I recently checked and hba1c is 5.3%. Thanks in advance

Hello Sir. Use good medicated moisturiser, gentle soap and lukewarm water for bath. And try Xerina cream on the patch once a day ONLY for a month.
