I had been suffering from chicken pox,and now I have got rid of it..But the scars/marks r still clearly visible..Is there any solution to this..

Greetings. The following would help you : 1. Daily use of sunscreen in day time of SPF 30 applied half hour before sun exposure 2. Daily bed time use of Peeling agents and skin lightening agents prescribed by dermatologist for reducing spots. 4. you'll need other procedures for deeper scars - like punch excision / laser 5. Chicken pox scars need specific therapy once the active infection has settled. Most of them resolve without leaving marks and scars if appropriate therapy (Usually Aciclovir – an antiviral drug) was started in the golden period (within 3 days of having chicken pox). Many of them can still resolve spontaneously in a time frame of few weeks. The remaining stubborn ones need appropriate therapy based on the amount of scarring and pigmentation.
