Hello doctor, I am suffering from itching rashes only on my hands. It started off as a small blister. And it's itchy and now it's becoming a cluster of minute blisters and it very uncomfortable. And it's spreading and for more and more blisters day by day. Please suggest me what needs to be done.

You are suffering from what dermetologist call polymorphic light eruption. It is a condition which is caused by exposure to sunlight. Please do not wear half sleeves till it resolves  If you can contact me through private chat I can send a prescription for the same. Use a sunscreen till then. Do not use soap over that area.
