After shaving with Gillette shaving cream for first time I have roughness and rashes on face skin which is little itchy.What should I do for this issue?

Sometimes you may get allergic rash after some shaving product. Please don't shave now or use soap over face. Please call me and visit my clinic or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
