Skin problems due to sun tan

From past 2 days I am noticing a thin layer of skin being peeled off from my shoulders , i had a short vacation last week due to which i got sun tan on my hands and legs . Unfortunately I forgot to use sunscreen. Now , I am wondering wether it is a side effect of sun tan or a serious skin disease. Plz suggest what should I do.

Sounds like a sun burn. Do strict sun protection by wearing full sleeve clothes, apply lot of moisturizer.!If the condition worsens or does not improve in the next 2-3 days see a dermatologist.
