1) I often get something like pimples on my back(bums) back side / underwear area 2) similar thing also happens may be just 1 or 2 on my chest during summers specially , Ind if I Peirce it with my nails, it smells very bad. None of these pain at all, they are like pimples only... Are these problems serious???
