Dear Doctor I have noticed a small skin growing bump near Genital There is no pain no itching or irritation in that but i m concernd bcoz its an unusuall thing...Is there any bacterial disease or.something else...Kindly give correct Advice i m attaching the image of that skin Area.

These are molluscum contagiosum. It will spread of not removed. Please meet me at my clinic for removal.
