Skin pimple turned into black lump

2-3 months back I had developed a pimple on my sit bone area. It was hurting so I applied AcneStar gel on it for some days. Later I came to know it has not healed and become black. It hurts like a needle when touched and feels like a skin lump that hurt while sitting on it. I have also applied belladonna bandage but nothin seems to work. Pls help. It hurt while sitting.

Hello It seems more like acute boil/ skin bacterial infection which need to be treated asap. As you haven'mentioned details like days and size of lump formation, it would be difficult to offer you treatment without proper consult
