Skin itching and seems dry

My skin is dry in Leg ankle and I feel itchy and sometimes it bleeds when I scratch it... Its there for nearly 5 years. Recently started itching on a daily basis. Is this serious issue to worrt about? Will it affect marriage life. Pictures attached for review.
