I've been suffering from skin infection, its been recurring again and again from 6 months. Have consulted doctors, everyone suggested few creams. But still there is progress in that.

It seems to be hand eczema which is common due to exposure to water, detergents and anti septic hand washes . You should wear plastic gloves while dealing with chemicals and moisturize regularly.
