Don't self medicate your self...you need to continue plain topical anti fungal creams even after clinical cure of the lesions. Oral anti fungal should be continued at least for a month. Now a days fungal infection has become quite resistant and mostly because of misuse of topical medications containing steroids. Precaution is better than cure as it's contagious and will come back again if you don't follow simple instructions I am giving u. Treatment of the other suffering family members is also needed
Health Tips
Take bath twice a day Wash your clothes separately, in hot water Don't share towel and soap Keep the private area dry and clean specially after us Nf toilet and bathroom Don't put inner wears while at home, u can use boxers instead Avoid tight clothing, specially jeans pants Avoid sweating and dry it with towel whenever it happens
