I have skin flaking on my upper arms and breast area..It started last year around sept ..after applying moisturizing lotion and others prescribed by a doctor..it was gone..now they started appearing again. What could be the reason? Can it be cured completely? Should I be worried? Is it because if environment or diet or anything? Please help me
