It's not black  inflammation red. Locally apply betnovate c  two times. Tab montek lc one at night for 3 days

Petroleum jelly or you can also try alovera gel.if skin is broken then apply mupirocin ointment.in photo there is no broken skin so avoid mupirocin. So you can use above two option.
