Skin burn due to upper lip waxing

I tried upper lip waxing using cold wax veet strips and it got burnt a bit. Over the period of time the mark has reduced but still there is a slight brownish tint on the skin. There is no pain. Can you please suggest if I need to apply any ointment? I have fudic cream with me.
