Size of lung mass

First ct scan size was ~3.1x2.1x3.3cm soft tissue attenuating mass (HU~33) Second ct scan size is A well defined heterogenously enhancing mass 3x3.7x3.2cm Please can you tell me if the mass has grown in size or decreased or remained same? Ct scans done at an interval of 3 months Please just asking this much 🙏

get a ct guided biopsy from the lesion...its already  big enough...if done already then skip
