Sir I've been experiencing mild pain. It's very mild nothing major but then I'm able to do all my daily activities such as walking , sitting etc but suddenly during the day I feel a little pain otherwise it's all fine . Plus it's ramzan time I've been fasting I haven't been consuming alot of fluids because if which I feel dehydrated ?
