Due to chest pain.Impression on 2D Echocardiogram. No RWMA, Mild concentric LVH, good LV systolic function, grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. IVSD-1.2cm, LVPWD-1.1cm,IDd-4.5cm,IDs-3.0cm,EF-0.61,RWMA-nil, clots-nil, pericardium -No PE, mortal flow-A>E, Aortic flow -1.3m/s,pulmonary flow-normal-Sir if there is any problem due to this, please explain with treatement
