Swelling inside upper part of the nose.. Light fishy smell, painless, soft tissue bulging.. Please advise

Mam, sound like normal structure only to me. Mostly it is your inferior turbinate. In people who have allergy /cold , they tend to enlarge in size. So you may see it as a pinkish round swelling in you nose. But to be sure, i’d suggest you to show it to an ent doctor.
