Sinusitis like symptoms

I have done xray pns and there is no sinusitis. I have symptoms like post nasal drip, stuffy nose, head ache especially on forehead, sometimes dizziness. Request to diagnose.

Hi It could be allergic but to rule out sinusitis You should do CT scan PNS This will provide better information
