If it's continuous then u might need to do CBC to look for anemia, thyroid profile to look for hyperthyroidism and other investigations might require after detailed examination

If the ecg is normal, no need to worry... It could be due to generalized anxiety or may also be due to hyperthyroidism (which isn't good).. So better get it ruled out by getting thyroid function tests.. You can visit a physician to get it done

The cause of the tachycardia has to be found, due to which you would require further cardiac investigations. The causes of tachycardia usually are: - Reaction to certain medications - Congenital abnormalities of the heart - Consuming too much alcohol - Consumption of cocaine and some other recreational drugs - Electrolyte imbalance - Heart disease which has resulted in poor blood supply and damage to heart tissues, including coronary artery disease, heart valve disease, heart failure, heart muscle disease, tumors, or infections - Hypertension - Overactive thyroid gland - Smoking - Certain lung diseases
