A WELL DEFINED THIN WALLED SMOOTHLY MARGINATED CYSTIC LESION MEASURING 4X6X4 CM IS SEEN IN THE MID POLE CAUSING PELVICALYCEAL SYSTEM ANTERIORLY OF THE RIGHT KIDNEY. NO CALCIFICATION/MURAL NODULE/SEPTAE NOTED WITHIN, SUGGESTIVE OF SIMPLE CORTICAL RENAL CYST ( BOSNIAK TYPE - 1).
