May be gastrointestinal infection is there Tab pan d before meal and ors

Take 0RS 1 litre tobe sipped throughout 24 hrs.small soft diet small quantities at a time,if tolerated.take dolo if fever is above 100.if synptoms persist or get worse,antibiotics may be needed.
