For last few days she is having continuous But bearable mild pain in left side waist and pain is till thai. She feel streched at side waist when she try to fold her left leg hence she is not able to fold her leg. If she sleeps on left side it pains more. Otherwise no problem and no previous medical history. She is using moov and it give some relax.

Sounds like muscle ache, gel and heat is good, massage is good. Get vitamin d and b12 checked and if low take injection. That will get rid of the pain
