Pain in waist
My mother is getting pain in waist. Yesterday she went to yoga class and she felt some relief but it started paining again. What should we do?

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Visit a physiotherapist near by, and go through proper examination for root cause of pain, then plan for remedy
