Taken 2 ipills within the span of 18 days. First she had a normal period, after the second pill she bled for 10 days. And she is late now. Is she at risk of pregnancy by any chance? And if not pregnancy the frequency of the pills what side effects does she have to look out for now?

The side effects are what you have mentioned of highly irregular periods. Stop taking Ipill and go for ocps instead. There's no chance of pregnancy.

Taking emergency contraception in place of regular contraception can affect her menstrual cycles. They also have high failure rate.
