SI joint inflammation

Hi , I have delivered my second baby post that I was feeling there was severe pain in my left which I was unable to walk in the x ray it was showing like mild dislocation so had bed rest for 1 month post that I was unable to recover then took MRI there it was the SI joint inflammation which was the result doctor prescribed the medicines.Does this cure only by medicine or parallely going for physiotherapy.Is physiotherapy really required or it will cure on medicine . Attached MRI report and how many days it will take for me to cure

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes, metabolic disorder or epilepsy etc., if there is any.  - Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. - Keep a pillow under the knee. - Avoid painful acts & activities. - Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold. -Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs  -Any way it may be tried, --. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1tab once  a day x 5days  --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1tab Once  a day x 10 days.
