I did a shoulder xray by my own, as i felt severe pain in shoulder. Report shows suspicious cortical break. But docter told nothing to wory and gave some pain killer. My pain is still there. Attaching my digital xray photo here. Pls tell is anything wrong?

The x ray isnt that clear to demarcate a suspicious cortical break.. If your doctor has told you nothing is serious..You can go by his opinion and follow his advice.. The pain will disappear gradually.
