Shoulder tendonitis

There are various types of shoulder tendinitis and different forms of Tailored physiotherapy for each modality of inflammation of tendon . Usually each round of tendonitis requires you to take Anti-inflammatory medicines , Apply ice pack and Restrict certain form of activity . Intra articular injection of steroid May be advised depending upon your condition and severity of pain

Both shoulder tendinopathy u mean as tendinitis is wrong terminology . Majority of timd treatment is mddical but important to makr dpecific correct diagnosis which id dond vt clinical assessment and sometimes witfh help of ultrasound/ MR scan.X Ray is limited help
