Hi Dr, Wanted to check when to use shoulder support (flexible belt) to get relief from cuff rotator. Having shoulder pain for a month now.. Specially at night when I use to sleep over my shoulder. Also I have heat belt, wi that help shoulder pain Kindly suggest Regards,

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Hi, consult shoulder surgeon. It may be bursitis or cuff problem. You might need MRI scan. If it is bursitis your symptoms most likely will settle down with physio and injection. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B, Consultant Shoulder Surgeon, Thorraipakkam, OMR, Chennai
