Hi, Few months back due to shock my shoulder got disclocated and became normal after few seconds. But now from past month, i am facing issues with shoulder pain, frequent rotating problem, dislocating and becoming normally instantly. Let me know what should be done

Please meet with your nearby arthroscopy doctor or sports injury specialist to assess the stability of the shoulder.you may need an MRI of your shoulder and based on the results and examination findings further treatment can be decided
