I used to play a cricket. when i throw the ball fiercely ,i used to get pain . for a short period of time. after some days,i cant bear the pain. so i went to physiotherapy for 10 days. later i met an specialist and he injected me once for every month for 3 months and popup sound is cured to some extent. but i want to cure it fully..

Dear friend. I feel you have symptomatic Superior Labrum Tear. It is classic history, pain on throw. You need to consult shoulder specialist orthopedic surgeon who performs shoulder Arthroscopy. Get MRI of shoulder at best centre with 3 Tesla machine. Share MRI report.

Hello there Please resort back with Xray/Mri report of your shoulder. Your height and weight? Which movement of shoulder is causing pain? Weather only throwing causes pain or even lifting hand overhead or holding object with hands and lifting causes pain? What Physiotherapy you got in 10 days?
