There is no need of dr.for your problem .you can cure your problem at home easily if you want .
Do this :- your both problem can be cure by yoga. Start doing yoga early morning empty stomach at home. For yoga guidance ramdave is live at 5:30 On Astha channel.
:- Do not eat :-
Rice ,mize roti ,curd when you feel pain and do not eat extra
sugar like in sweets,in tea,avoid fried things
Eat:- garm tasir food and fruit ..
:- Do massage of mahanarayn Oil before sleep and cover your shoulder after massage.
If you are not eating medicine for shoulder pain and
diabetes then it is very good for you because both problem only and only can solve by yoga.
